Open since the spring of 2001, Woodland Heights is a locally owned, independent senior community with a singular goal: to care for seniors. Using a combination of experience, compassion, and continual training, our staff is fully dedicated to our residents’ quality of life.

Nestled in the hills between Hall Boulevard and Highway 99-W, Woodland Heights offers a unique, quiet charm in the middle of beautiful Tigard, Oregon. With 48 apartments, our residents are more than just an apartment number; they are part of a community.

Leah Fox Lewis, Administrator, has been with Woodland Heights for over eight years. Under her guidance, Woodland Heights and its staff have earned the trust of medical professionals, as well as many families in the Tigard, Tualatin, and Lake Oswego communities.
